Through a series of asanas, mindful breathing and meditation we will journey inward to reconnect to the working of our own consciousness, the beating of our own heart and remove ourselves from the memory and imprints of all that has not served us.

Rinell, the shapeologist, an avid practitioner in the art of yoga sustaining a personal daily practice of over eight years, is the founder and CEO of the non-profit Healing Wings 4 Warriors, she also teaches yoga at Krav Maga Houston West, at Operation Red Wing Foundation where she works at their retreat in Texas, healing combat veterans from PTS with Meditation, Breathing and Yoga practices, and teaches privately to a selective clientele.
Yoga is the ancient tradition from which Rinell draws the concepts that influence and define her lifestyle.

Cyrus Wirls has served as Director of Programs for the Institute for Spirituality and Health at the Texas Medical Center in Houston since 2015. In this role, Cyrus interfaces with clinicians, faith leaders, scholars, practitioners, and spiritual seekers to design educational and experiential programs around the many intersections of spirituality and health.
Since Hurricane Harvey struck Houston in 2017, Cyrus has coordinated the Greater Houston Healing Collaborative, a community-wide trauma healing program in partnership with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine. Cyrus manages a team of 120 trained facilitators within communities across Houston, who teach mind-body skills (including meditation and deep breathing, expressive writing and drawing, movement, mindful eating, and more) in support groups and workshops. To date, the GHHC has reached over 25,000 individuals in partnership with over 100 community organizations.
Cyrus regularly leads mind-body workshops for healthcare professionals, human services providers, and most recently for caregivers of those with dementia. He also serves as a Mindfulness Tutor to teenagers and young adults through Russell Tutoring & Consulting. He is passionate about continually developing his own self-awareness and helping others do the same, towards the creation of a more compassionate and harmonious human community.
Cyrus graduated from Rice University in 2013 with a degree in Cognitive Sciences and Mathematics. Cyrus is certified as a yoga instructor (NACYT, 200hr), Tai Chi Easy Practice Group Facilitator (IIQTC), and Mind-Body Skills Group Facilitator (CMBM).
