Mulit-media art classes, yoga, Bambola dancing, mindful meditation, bush bath by the sea and much more. All cancer survivors are welcome. Grants are available for participants who have gone through treatment in the last five years.

Reiki Therapy

This is a retreat for people interested in learning more about sea turtles, deepening their yoga practice, and their connection with the sea. 
Layna is a 500hr RYT practitioner. For 8 years she has led all forms of yoga from Advanced asana, including Vinyasa and Ashtanga to rejuvenating slow flow, restorative and yin sessions. Layna also collaborates with the Florida Hawksbill Project and St Croix sea turtle team. This is the 5th year organizing this trip. She is also a profound freediver and uses breath work as a powerful tool to find a deep state of bliss in and out of the water, connecting with all things natural.
